茴香(xiāng)酒實(shí)際上(shàng)是(shì)用茴香(xiāng)油(yóu)和(hé)蒸餾酒配制而成的(de)酒.茴香(xiāng)油(yóu)中(zhōng)含有(yǒu)大(dà)量(liàng)的(de)苦艾素.45度(dù)酒精可(kě)以(yǐ)溶解(jiě)茴香(xiāng)油(yóu).茴香(xiāng)油(yóu)一(yī)般從八(bā)角(jiǎo)茴香(xiāng)和(hé)青(qīng)茴香(xiāng)中(zhōng)提(tí)煉取(qǔ)得,八(bā)角(jiǎo)茴香(xiāng)油(yóu)多(duō)用于(yú)開(kāi)胃(wèi)酒制作(zuò),青(qīng)茴香(xiāng)油(yóu)多(duō)用于(yú)利口酒制作(zuò).
茴香(xiāng)酒中(zhōng)以(yǐ)法(fǎ)國(guó)産品較为有(yǒu)名(míng).酒液視品種(zhǒng)而呈不(bù)同(tóng)色澤,一(yī)般都有(yǒu)較好(hǎo)的(de)光(guāng)澤,茴香(xiāng)味濃厚,複郁迷人(rén),口感(gǎn)不(bù)同(tóng)尋常,味重(zhòng)而有(yǒu)刺激,酒度(dù)在(zài)25o左(zuǒ)右(yòu).有(yǒu)名(míng)的(de)法(fǎ)國(guó)茴香(xiāng)酒有(yǒu):Ricard(里卡(kǎ)爾).
